Refund policy

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our guidelines below:

• Exchange Window: Items may be exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.

• Eligibility: Products must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all SS Collection tags securely attached.

• Refunds: We currently offer Exchange only or Store Credit in the event of a size mismatch or change of mind. Monetary refunds are only processed if the product is proven to be defective upon arrival.

• Sale Items: Items purchased during promotional sales are considered final and are not eligible for exchange or return.
